Smart Admin was developed as an internal tool to consolidate and streamline the management of gaming platform data. It aimed to provide a comprehensive overview of deposits, withdrawals, user activity, banking, promotions, player acquisition channels, and reporting. The product addressed the need for a centralized system to track key metrics and identify potential issues across multiple gaming platforms. As the lead designer, I focused on creating a user-friendly interface that could handle complex data and provide actionable insights. This involved designing role-based access controls for various user levels, including super management, supervisors, deposit and withdrawal staff, and auditors. The goal was to ensure data security and provide each user with relevant information. I designed dashboards and reporting tools that allowed administrators to quickly identify trends, troubleshoot problems, and optimize operations.
